Enquiries are processed by LisTours systems and may be stored so they can be handled reliably. They may also be processed through our business email systems so our team can respond.

Retention and requests

Information associated with enquiries may be retained for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, correspondence, and relevant business history. You can contact us about personal information stored in connection with your enquiry.

Analytics and your choice

LisTours uses Google Analytics for website measurement. Analytics storage is denied by default and is granted only after you accept analytics. Advertising-related storage remains denied.

Analytics cookies may be used after you accept. Your analytics preference is stored locally so the site can remember your choice. You can accept or reject analytics and later change or revoke your choice through Analytics settings.

LisTours does not intentionally send contact-form fields such as your name, email address, phone number, or message to Google Analytics.

External communication services

If you choose to contact LisTours through WhatsApp, you interact with an external communication service outside the LisTours website environment.
